Creating quotas
Quotas provide a way to restrict or track the disk space and number of files used by a user, group, or qtree. You can use the
Add Quota
wizard
to create a new quota and apply it to a specific volume or qtree.
Steps
1.
From the
Home
tab, double-click the appropriate storage system.
2.
Ensure that the left navigation pane displays the Vservers hierarchy.
3.
In the navigation pane,
select the Vserver and
click
Storage
>
Quotas
.
4.
In the
User Defined Quotas
tab, click
Create
.
5.
Type or select information as requested by the wizard.
6.
Confirm the details and click
Finish
to complete the wizard.
